    Many clients come into this work during what I call The Identity Wobble™ — the moment when who you’ve been no longer fully fits, but who you are becoming hasn’t fully stabilized yet.

    Together we integrate that emerging identity so your leadership, voice, and personal brand reflect who you are becoming.

  • Identity Expansion is not only an individual experience — it often happens at the team or organizational level as well.

    When leaders evolve, their teams and companies must evolve with them.

    Through group coaching and workshops, I support leadership teams navigating moments of transition such as:

    • organizational growth or restructuring
    • leadership evolution
    • shifts in mission, vision, or brand direction
    • expanding leadership capacity within teams

    These engagements help leaders and teams align around a shared identity so strategy, culture, and leadership presence move in the same direction.

    This work can be delivered through leadership workshops, group coaching, or strategic advisory engagements.

  • Launching April 2026

    The Identity Integration Cohort is a guided group experience for leaders navigating identity expansion and seeking deeper alignment between who they are becoming and how they show up in the world.

    Over the course of the cohort, participants explore:

    • the identity that shaped their current success
    • the emerging identity calling them forward
    • the internal integration required to support expansion

    Through reflective exercises, coaching conversations, and community dialogue, participants move through The Identity Wobble™ and begin embodying the next version of their leadership.

    This experience is designed for leaders who want to explore identity evolution in a supportive and thoughtfully curated group environment.
