HEY, I’M CARRIE
I’ve spent my career in
the business of possibility.
For nearly three decades, I have worked as a creative director, designer, brand strategist and coach—helping people take ideas that were hard to describe and turn them into something visible and real.
That work taught me how to listen closely, recognize patterns, ask the question beneath the question and help someone see what they could not quite see yet.
Visioning brings those abilities together in one place: a creative process for hearing yourself, seeing possibility and giving form to what wants to come next.
I do not believe someone else can hand you the answer. I believe the right conversation can help you hear what you already know.
