For most of my career, I believed that branding was about strategy.
Messaging.
Visual identity.
Positioning.
And while those things matter, over time I began to notice something deeper.
The leaders I worked with weren’t struggling because they lacked strategy.
They were struggling because who they were becoming had outgrown the identity that built their current success.
Their brand no longer reflected the truth of who they were evolving into.
That realization changed the way I approached my work forever.

I’ve spent more than two decades working at the intersection of design, brand strategy, and leadership.
My background combines:
20+ years in brand strategy and visual identity
Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology
Deep experience working with founders, coaches, and leaders navigating growth
Over the years I began to notice a pattern.
The most powerful brand transformations didn’t happen because we redesigned a logo or rewrote a message.
They happened because the leader themselves had evolved.
When a leader expands into a new level of impact, something interesting happens.
Their current identity often begins to feel incomplete.
The work that once defined them no longer fully represents who they are becoming.
Their voice changes.
Their vision expands.
Their leadership deepens.
But their brand, messaging, and positioning often remain stuck in the past.
This is where many leaders begin to feel a sense of misalignment.
Not because they are lost.
But because they are expanding.
Over time I realized something important: many leaders attempt to build brand authority externally before they have integrated that authority internally.
That realization eventually became the foundation of my work.
Brand authority begins within.
Through years of working with leaders in this transition, I developed what I now call The Identity Integration Method™.
Identity Integration is the process of aligning the different parts of yourself around the leader you are becoming.
Because many leaders are navigating multiple identities at once:
The identity that built their current success
The identity others expect them to maintain
The identity that is quietly emerging
When those identities are fragmented, leadership can feel unclear.
But when they become integrated, something powerful happens.
Clarity returns.
Confidence strengthens.
Your brand begins to reflect the truth of who you are becoming.
One of the most important phases of this evolution is something I call The Identity Wobble™.
It’s the moment when your current identity no longer fully fits — but your next identity hasn’t stabilized yet.
Externally it can look like hesitation or uncertainty.
Internally it’s something much deeper.
Your identity is expanding beyond its previous boundaries.
This process — what I call Identity Expansion — is one of the most powerful phases of leadership growth.
And it’s where my work with leaders begins.
Today I help leaders navigate this transition through identity integration, personal brand strategy, and leadership positioning.
My work supports:
Coaches and consultants
Founders and entrepreneurs
Corporate leaders expanding into greater influence
Together we align your identity, message, and presence so your brand reflects the next level of your leadership.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief.
Your brand should never feel like something you perform.
It should feel like the most authentic expression of who you are becoming.
When identity and brand are aligned, leadership becomes natural.
Your voice becomes clear.
And your impact expands in ways you may not have imagined before.
