Overview
Three Beats Consulting, founded by Sara Auda, is a boutique coaching and consulting firm known for delivering elegant, impactful transformation to individuals and organizations. As Sara’s client roster grew and her signature approach began attracting high-caliber collaborators, she realized the brand needed to evolve. It was time to create a refined, future-facing brand presence—one that reflected the depth of her work, supported the expansion of her team, and set the stage for the company’s next chapter.

The Challenge
Three Beats had outgrown its original brand. While the company’s impact was undeniable, the online presence and messaging no longer captured its sophistication or strategic edge. Sara was leading with excellence but the brand visuals, voice, and structure weren’t doing the heavy lifting. The company was preparing to scale, and the brand needed to reflect both the intimacy of its coaching experience and the strength of its growing team.

Our Approach

1. Clarifying the Brand Foundation
We began with a series of strategic conversations to uncover the true essence of the Three Beats brand. Through a guided “Find Your Why” process, we arrived at a purpose-driven statement that honored the company’s roots while pointing clearly toward its future.

2. Closing the Authenticity Gap
Together, we explored how the brand could more fully express the nuance, luxury, and clarity that clients experience when working with Three Beats. This included refining language, visual direction, and brand positioning to better reflect Sara’s own leadership style and her appreciation for thoughtful, high-touch experiences.

3. Brand Strategy That Scales
With the company's expansion in mind, I developed a cohesive brand strategy that could grow with the business. It centered on expressing the heart of the Three Beats method while giving space for other voices—new coaches, collaborators, and offerings—to emerge under a unified brand umbrella.

My Role as Fractional CBO
In my role, I led the rebranding initiative from the inside out, partnering with Sara to ensure that every aspect of the transformation—from messaging to design to team alignment—reflected the company’s evolving identity. My focus included:

  • Strategic Leadership – Ensuring all brand decisions reflected long-term business goals

  • Team Integration – Helping align Sara’s expanding team under a shared brand vision

  • Creative Direction – Partnering with the designer and writer to maintain a consistent, elevated brand tone and aesthetic

  • Founder Partnership – Coaching Sara to fully own her role as the visionary behind a luxurious brand

The Outcome
The new Three Beats brand is polished, intentional, and scalable. It reflects the elegance and intelligence of Sara’s work, supports the growth of her team, and provides a strong foundation for new offerings to emerge. Most importantly, it gives Sara and her collaborators a clear, authentic platform to share their brilliance—and continue making a powerful impact.
