Overview
Mary Gallagher is a certified high‑performance coach and speaker in Charleston, known for empowering ambitious leaders—entrepreneurs, creatives, athletes, and executives—to "do doing differently" and design a life aligned with their deepest values. As her Fractional CBO, I partnered with Mary to sharpen her brand identity, amplify her voice, and establish her as a trusted authority in coaching and speaking.

The Challenge
Her compelling "gentle, hard‑ass" coaching style and lived leadership experience weren’t fully reflected in her visual and verbal brand presence.

As her coaching and speaking engagements expanded, she needed a cohesive brand system to support growing demand and new opportunities.

Our Approach

1. Discovery & Purpose
Executed a “Find Your Why” session to clarify Mary’s mission—helping clients reclaim dreams with courage, clarity, and fierce possibility.

2. Authenticity Alignment
Defined brand messaging that showcased Mary’s unique combination of strength, humor, compassion, and professionalism—closing the authenticity gap between who she is and how she appears.

3. Scalable Strategy
Built a brand framework tailored to support both one-on-one coaching and stage presence, including messaging pillars and visual direction for marketing materials.

My Role as Fractional CBO
In my role, I led the rebranding initiative from the inside out, partnering with Mary to ensure that every aspect of the transformation—from messaging to design—reflected her evolving identity. My focus included:

  • Creative Oversight: Collaborated with designers to deliver an aesthetic that balances elegance with dynamic energy.
