Overview
LADA Integrative Practices, founded by Katya Kosarenko, LCSW, is a therapy and supervision practice grounded in the principles of trauma-informed care, somatic intelligence, and Buddhist psychology. With over 20 years of clinical experience and multi-state licensure, Katya has developed a deeply embodied approach to healing that meets clients at the intersection of science, spirit, and the nervous system. As her practice expanded, Katya knew it was time for a brand that could hold the depth of her workβand offer a grounded, trustworthy digital presence for both new clients and supervisees.
The Challenge
Katyaβs work is profoundly transformative, but her digital presence didnβt reflect the full spectrum of her expertise. As a pioneer in integrative and somatic psychotherapy, she needed a brand that could communicate safety, professionalism, and warmthβall while distinguishing her from more conventional therapy practices. The challenge was to translate a deeply nuanced, body-based methodology into a clear, welcoming, and sophisticated brand experience.
Our Approach
1. Honoring the Depth of Her Work
We began with a series of grounding conversations to understand the soul of the LADA practice: what Katya believes about healing, how she works, and what truly sets her apart. Through these dialogues, we uncovered a brand essence rooted in compassion, regulation, and spiritual integrity. Her multi-modal expertiseβsensorimotor therapy, EMDR, dance/movement therapy, and Buddhist psychologyβbecame core pillars of the messaging and site structure.
2. Closing the Authenticity Gap
Katyaβs intuitive, body-centered work is anything but clinical. Yet, her existing brand lacked warmth and cohesion. We worked together to close that gapβdeveloping a tone of voice that felt calm, clear, and embodied. The visual direction centered around softness, simplicity, and movementβreflecting the somatic undercurrent of her work while inviting clients into a space of trust and transformation.
3. Building a Platform for Growth
Beyond client work, Katya also trains and supervises pre-licensed therapistsβcreating ripple effects of healing through the clinicians she mentors. We designed a brand architecture that could hold this layered offering: one that highlights her trauma specialty while also creating a clear pathway for associate therapists and supervisees to connect and grow under her guidance.
My Role as her Brand Guide
As Fractional Chief Branding Officer, I led the strategic and creative transformation of the LADA brand from the inside out. My contributions included:

Creative Direction β Shaping a visual and verbal identity aligned with her calming, intuitive presence

The Outcome
The new LADA Integrative Practices brand is grounded, refined, and resonant. It now reflects the fullness of Katyaβs professional identity: a master-level clinician, mentor, and guide. The site invites visitors into a space of regulation and reconnectionβoffering clarity for new clients, credibility for potential supervisees, and a foundation for future growth. More than just a rebrand, this was an embodimentβa coming home to the truth of Katyaβs presence and purpose.
