Engaging Wisdom is the leadership advisory practice of Dr. Noushin Bayat, a leadership psychologist who works with senior leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, and high-stakes decision-making.

When Noushin came to me, she wasn’t looking for a traditional rebrand.
